Today, Julie Plec, executive producer of The Originals, made an announcement via social media. Check out her post below announcing that season 5 will be the last for The Originals. This is the end of an era…we will be forever grateful for the cast and producers of this show. I have had a blast covering The Originals and engaging with the fans. Of course I will continue to keep up with each cast member and can not wait to see what they’ll be doing next!
